Terms & Conditions for 3D Modelling Course
1️⃣ Enrolment & Eligibility
- Course Package A or B are open to students aged 12 years and above.
- Course Package B Parent + Package A Child Promo: child must be 8–12 years old to enjoy the 50% discount.
- A minimum of 3 students per class is required for a batch to begin.
2️⃣ Course Duration & Attendance
- Each package consists of 10 classes + 2 FREE classes.
- Without course package, fee is RM120 per class session.
- Each class duration is 2 hours.
- Classes are held on Thursday and Saturday, 8PM-10PM
- If a student misses a Thursday class, they may attend the Saturday class of the same week as replacement.
- If a student misses both Thursday and Saturday, no additional replacement class will be provided.
- No extension of course unless approved by Inventadore.
3️⃣ Fees & Payment
- Full payment is required to secure enrollment unless otherwise stated.
- Fees are non-refundable, except in the situation where Inventadore cancels the batch without replacement.
- Fees are non-transferable to another participant or to future intakes unless approved under special circumstances.
4️⃣ Class Commencement Policy
- If the minimum of 3 students per class is not achieved, Inventadore reserves the right to:
- postpone the batch,
- merge with another batch, or
- cancel the batch with refund.
5️⃣ Certification
- Students who complete the required number of learning sessions and course objectives will receive an Inventadore Certificate of Completion.
- Attendance & participation may be considered when awarding certificate.
6️⃣ Parent & Child Promo Terms
- Parent must register for Package B.
- Child discount applies to Package A only.
- Discount is valid for one child only per Package B registration unless otherwise stated.
- Child must enrol within the same intake/batch period as parent or guardian upon agreed timeline.
7️⃣ Equipment & Safety
- Participants must follow all safety instructions given by trainers.
- Any reckless damage to machines or property caused by negligence may be chargeable.
- Inventadore is not responsible for personal injuries caused by failure to follow instructions.
8️⃣ Learning Materials & Intellectual Property
- Course materials are for personal learning use only.
- Inventadore reserves all rights to training content, lesson methodology, projects, and materials.
9️⃣ Media & Marketing Consent
- Photos and videos taken during classes or workshops may be used for marketing purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to be photographed must inform our team in advance.
🔟 Rights & Changes
- Inventadore reserves the right to update class schedule, trainers, course structure, or terms when necessary.
- Any changes will be communicated to participants.
