  1. Infill density adjustable according to percentage; or available in preset of Solid, Loose, Hollow, Shell, and Surface settings.
  2. Print quality in Normal default. Options of printing quality available in Fast, or in Fine for extra charge of RM20/hour lead time.
  3. All fabrications are subjected to 10% service charge for support material clean up unless requested to opt-out.
  4. A minimum unit price of RM5 will be charged for any object weights less than 5g. A print job startup fee of RM10 will be charged for any object with a unit price below RM20. Orders with a subtotal of extended prices over RM50 are exempted from all startup fees.
  5. *Without factoring in Support Materials required for the print job.


Please note that not all objects can be printed using FDM 3D printers. Features exceeding the mechanical limitations of the printer will not be rendered accurately, or at all. Please visit our FAQ for more information on designing for FDM 3D printers.
