Terms & Conditions for 3D Modelling Bootcamp
1️⃣ Registration & Payment
- Full payment is required to secure your seat.
- Seats are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Early bird discounts (if applicable) must be paid within the stated deadline.
- Full payment is required to secure enrollment unless otherwise stated.
- Fees are non-refundable, except in the situation where Inventadore cancels the batch without replacement.
- Fees are non-transferable to another participant or to future intakes unless approved under special circumstances.
2️⃣ Attendance Policy
- Participants are required to attend one session per level.
- Each level has 2 available slots; participants may choose their preferred date.
- Switching between slots is allowed, subject to seat availability.
3️⃣ Rescheduling & Replacement
- If you are unable to attend your selected session, you may switch to the alternate slot of the same level.
- Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- No replacement will be provided if both available slots of a level are missed.
4️⃣ Class Commencement Policy
- If the minimum of 10 students per class is not achieved, Inventadore reserves the right to:
- postpone the batch,
- merge with another batch, or
- cancel the batch with refund.
5️⃣ Certification
- Students who complete the required number of learning sessions and course objectives will receive an Inventadore Certificate of Completion.
- Attendance & participation may be considered when awarding certificate.
6️⃣ Class Conduct
- Participants are expected to arrive on time and be respectful to instructors and other students.
- Inventadore reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the class. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
7️⃣ Equipment & Safety
- Participants are required to bring their own laptop.
- Minimum system requirements for Fusion 360 will be shared prior to the class.
- Inventadore is not responsible for technical issues related to personal devices.
8️⃣ Learning Materials & Intellectual Property
- Course materials are for personal learning use only.
- Inventadore reserves all rights to training content, lesson methodology, projects, and materials.
9️⃣ Media & Marketing Consent
- Photos and videos taken during classes or workshops may be used for marketing purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to be photographed must inform our team in advance.
🔟 Venue & Facilities
- Each participant will receive a food voucher worth RM35, valid only on the day of their scheduled class.
- Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be redeemed on any other day.
- Classes are held in a café environment in collaboration with Banke Café, and all vouchers are subject to the café’s terms and conditions.
- Any unused portion of the voucher will not be refunded or carried forward.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend voucher policies in consultation with Banke Café.

- Inventadore reserves the right to update class schedule, trainers, course structure, or terms when necessary.
- Any changes will be communicated to participants.
